The unusual case of a segmental duodenal adenomatosis associated with a stage pT1 NO MO periampullary carcinoma and cholelithiasis is reported. A familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome was excluded. The patient was cured by partial pancreaticoduodenectomy.
报道了一例伴有pT1 NO MO期壶腹周围癌和胆结石的节段性十二指肠腺瘤病的罕见病例。排除了家族性腺瘤性息肉病综合征。患者通过胰十二指肠部分切除术治愈。
