18 patients aged 66.8 +/- 12.9 years were implanted monocular 3M diffractive multifocal IOLs and followed up 4-23 months. The mean uncorrected distant visual acuity at the 3rd month postoperative was 4.83 +/- 0.12 (13/20) and 4.90 +/- 0.07 (6/7.5) for the near. The average distant and near visual acuity with distant correction were 5.05 +/- 0.10 (21.2/20) and 4.96 +/- 0.07 (6/6.7) respectively, the pseudoaccommodation being 6.00D. There were no serious discomforts.
18例年龄为66.8±12.9岁的患者植入了单眼3M衍射多焦点人工晶状体，并随访4至23个月。术后第3个月时，平均未矫正远视力为4.83±0.12（13/20），近视力为4.90±0.07（6/7.5）。远视力矫正后的平均远视力和近视力分别为5.05±0.10（21.2/20）和4.96±0.07（6/6.7），假性调节力为6.00D。未出现严重不适。
