Abstract

We report a case of a saccular atherosclerotic aneurysm of the thoracic aorta which was incorporated almost entirely within the upper lobe of the right lung. The aneurysm ruptured into the lung causing massive haemoptysis and sudden death. We have been unable to find a similar case reported in the literature.

我们报告一例胸主动脉囊状动脉粥样硬化性动脉瘤病例，该动脉瘤几乎完全包埋于右肺上叶内。动脉瘤破裂入肺，导致大量咯血和猝死。我们在文献中未能找到类似病例的报道。
