Belfast has many of the social problems common in major British cities: soaring unemployment, teenage crime, joy-riding, high levels of teenage pregnancy, drug and alcohol abuse. In Belfast, these problems are further complicated by the political and religious divide which affects virtually every area of society. Maura Thompson reports on a unique health visitor-led initiative working with teenage girls.
