The occurrence of transverse linear milia cysts over the dorsum of the nose in an 11-year-old girl is described. Two younger sisters of the proband had a conspicuous nasal groove at the same site without milia. The anatomical basis and the pathogenesis of the so-called 'transverse nasal crease' are reviewed.
本文描述了一名11岁女孩鼻背部出现横向线性粟丘疹囊肿的情况。先证者的两个妹妹在同一部位有明显的鼻沟，但无粟丘疹。本文对所谓“横向鼻皱襞”的解剖学基础和发病机制进行了综述。
