Abstract

A case of methotrexate-induced brain damage is presented. Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated a high-density mass lesion with a low-density area in the white matter which pathologically represented a large area of acute necrotizing cerebritis. CT appearance was indistinguishable from brain abscess.

本文报告一例甲氨蝶呤所致脑损伤病例。计算机断层扫描（CT）显示白质内有一高密度肿块性病变，其中心为低密度区，病理表现为大面积急性坏死性脑炎。CT表现与脑脓肿难以鉴别。
