In the educational programs for psychiatrists one often meets emissions in the confrontation with difficult situations during the first steps in that specialty. In the background of frustrogenic cases, which trainees have in their first years of their practice, the author outlines an adequate program, which could improve this situation. A discussion about these themes would also be useful in postgraduate training.
