Abstract
Vas deferens explants from the adult guinea pigs were cultivated under organotypic conditions with repeated stretching. In control explants with no stretching over 9 days the occurring hypersensitivity is similar to the denervated one. Simultaneously phase component contractile response decreased in a 5.25 time. Repeated stretch preserve the hypersensitivity and more increased contractile response, however normalization of the phase component contractile.
摘要
对成年豚鼠的输精管外植体在器官型条件下进行反复拉伸培养。在9天内未进行拉伸的对照外植体中，出现的超敏反应与去神经支配的外植体相似。同时，相成分收缩反应下降了5.25倍。反复拉伸可保持超敏反应并进一步增强收缩反应，然而相成分收缩反应恢复正常。
