Fetus in fetu is a very unusual intracranial mass in infancy, with only a few cases noted in the literature. Our discovery of a two-month-old girl will be another case for this kind of condition. Dissection and radiologic study of the fetus showed an axial skeleton and long bones, corresponding to the generally recognized diagnostic criteria for fetus in fetu. Previously reported cases are briefly reviewed and the differences between teratoma and fetus in fetu are discussed.
胎内胎是婴儿期一种非常罕见的颅内肿块，文献中仅有少数病例记载。我们发现一名两个月大的女婴，这将是此类病症的又一病例。对该胎儿进行解剖及放射学研究显示其有中轴骨骼和长骨，符合普遍认可的胎内胎诊断标准。本文简要回顾了既往报道的病例，并讨论了畸胎瘤与胎内胎之间的差异。
