Abstract
Endoscopy is quite significant for the course of chronically inflammatory bowel diseases. Clearly, the following aims are the most important: initial staging, early checkup for definitively establishing the diagnosis, and examinations for carcinoma prophylaxis and for identifying complications. Apart from carcinoma prophylaxis, a systematic procedure concerning endoscopy in the course of chronically inflammatory bowel diseases was not agreed upon so far.

内镜检查对慢性炎症性肠病的病程具有重要意义。显然，以下目标最为重要：初始分期、为明确诊断进行的早期检查，以及预防癌症和识别并发症的检查。除了癌症预防外，目前尚未就慢性炎症性肠病病程中有关内镜检查的系统程序达成共识。
