Abstract
A preliminary review of the development of psychosomatic research on fertility disorders during past decades is followed by an outline of those psychological aspects of fertility disorders currently sponsored by the German government as a focus of research. The relationship between experts from the field of reproductive medicine and psychologists or psychosomatic researchers is examined. Finally, existing research deficits and methodological problems arising in the area are discussed.

在对过去几十年间生育障碍心身研究的发展进行初步回顾之后，概述了目前德国政府作为研究重点所资助的生育障碍的那些心理学方面。对生殖医学领域的专家与心理学家或心身研究者之间的关系进行了审视。最后，讨论了该领域现有的研究不足和出现的方法学问题。
