Plasma membrane thymocytes were irradiated with doses of 10-10(4) Gy in the presence of 125 and 1125 mu mol of Ca2+ per 1 mg of membrane proteins. Fluorescence of 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulphonate and the degree of pyren eximerization were determined. The data obtained indicate that calcium can exert a stabilizing effect on the plasma membrane structure affected by radiation.
在每毫克膜蛋白存在125和1125μmol Ca2+的情况下,用10 - 10(4) Gy的剂量对质膜胸腺细胞进行辐照。测定了1-苯胺基萘-8-磺酸盐的荧光和芘准分子形成程度。所得数据表明,钙可以对受辐射影响的质膜结构发挥稳定作用。
