[Hypopharyngeal fibrolipoma: description of a case and review of the literature].

A rare case of hypopharyngeal fibrolipoma is reported. The main symptom which brought the patient to an ENT examination was a severe inspiratory dyspnea. Symptomatology, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of this benign tumour are described and the literature review is discussed.
