We report the case of a 42-year-old man whose only symptom was pain in the medial aspect of the left forearm. There were no paresthesiae and the clinical examination was normal except for the presence of a small lipoma at the elbow. Electromyographic examination confirmed the normality of the main nerve trunks of the left upper limb and demonstrated abnormalities of the left medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve when compared with the right side. On the basis of this finding, a local corticosteroid injection was performed, which rapidly and lastingly relieved the pain (no recurrence after 18 months).
我们报告了一例42岁男性病例，其唯一症状是左前臂内侧疼痛。无感觉异常，除肘部有一个小脂肪瘤外，临床检查正常。肌电图检查证实左上肢主要神经干正常，与右侧相比，左前臂内侧皮神经存在异常。基于这一发现，进行了局部皮质类固醇注射，疼痛迅速且持久缓解（18个月后无复发）。
