A 69-year-old man was diagnosed as having angiosarcoma of the scalp. Under local radiotherapy he developed a left pneumothorax, then a right pneumothorax three weeks later, making treatment difficult. Numerous thin-walled cavitary lesions throughout both lung fields were demonstrated on chest CT scans. The bilateral pneumothorax were probably due to the numerous lung metastases. Despite various treatments, he died of respiratory failure one month after the development of pneumothorax.
