A case of neurofibromatosis type 1 in 15 years old boy is presented. Recurrent intracranial bleedings, epileptic seizures and brain abscess were the main manifestations of the disease. The authors suggest that hamartomatous cerebral lesion with vascular abnormalities might be responsible for such a picture of the disease.
本文报告了一例15岁男孩的1型神经纤维瘤病。反复颅内出血、癫痫发作和脑脓肿是该疾病的主要表现。作者认为，伴有血管异常的错构瘤性脑病变可能是导致该疾病如此表现的原因。
