Abstract
We present two cases of osteochondroma associated with a pseudoaneurysm of the brachial artery. The diagnosis was confirmed by arteriography and ultrasonography in one case. Treatment was resection of the pseudoaneurysm, and saphenous vein grafting, with excision of the osteochondroma in both patients.

我们报告两例骨软骨瘤合并肱动脉假性动脉瘤的病例。其中一例通过动脉造影和超声检查确诊。治疗方法为切除假性动脉瘤并行大隐静脉移植术，两例患者均切除了骨软骨瘤。
