PURPOSE
Ocular signs and symptoms that occurred in people exposed to sarin gas in a subway sarin gas attack were studied.
METHODS
Among victims of sarin gas exposure, 96 were treated by us.
RESULTS
Ocular signs and symptoms caused by sarin gas exposure included miosis, conjunctival injection, and ocular pain.
CONCLUSIONS
Ocular signs and symptoms spontaneously resolved between three and 21 days after exposure in most cases. Treatment with 0.5% tropicamide ophthalmic solution was effective in decreasing ocular pain.
目的
研究在地铁沙林毒气袭击中接触沙林毒气的人群所出现的眼部体征和症状。
方法
在沙林毒气暴露的受害者中，我们治疗了96例。
结果
沙林毒气暴露引起的眼部体征和症状包括瞳孔缩小、结膜充血和眼痛。
结论
在大多数情况下，眼部体征和症状在暴露后3至21天内自行缓解。使用0.5%托吡卡胺眼药水治疗可有效减轻眼痛。
