Metastasizing pleomorphic adenoma is a rare lesion, histologically benign but with a malignant clinical behaviour. Two cases are reported with a flow cytometric study. Recurrent adenoma and its metastasis were aneuploid in one case.
转移性多形性腺瘤是一种罕见的病变，组织学上为良性，但具有恶性的临床行为。本文报告两例并进行了流式细胞术研究。其中一例复发性腺瘤及其转移灶为非整倍体。
