Abstract
Some diagnostic problems concerning childhood ulcerative colitis and terminal ileitis are discussed. In a group of 10 patients referred to the pediatric clinic of rheumatology, systemic manifestations and arthritis causing diagnostic difficulties prevailed from the onset of the disease.
