[Optimization of the etiological diagnosis and adequate antibacterial therapy in acute disseminated pneumonias].

Analysing literature data and results of the own studies, the authors note, that etiological spectrum of the modern acute widespread pneumonias have modified essentially. The origin of the given pneumonias is determined today by the next pneumotropicous infections: Streptococcus pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and Legionella spp. In this connection prescribing of the modern generation of macrolides to the patients with pulmonary inflammation have been proved to be correct, because they are more effective against these infectious agents.
