Abstract
This paper presents a study on the drug-processing of the root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. A HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its processed products has been established. The method is simple, specific and accurate. The recovery is 99.97% and the relative standard deviation is 0.9%.
