Abstract
A 62-year-old woman suffering from lung cancer of the left upper lobe has a tumor invaded the distal border of the left innominate vein. We resected the vein through trapdoor thoractomy combined with resection of the first rib, followed by a left upper lobectomy through posterolateral thoracotomy. Trapdoor thoracotomy combined with first rib resectioning thus proved useful to resect lung cancer invading the distal border of the innominate vein.
摘要
一名62岁的左上叶肺癌女性患者，肿瘤侵犯了左无名静脉的远端边界。我们通过活板门开胸术联合第一肋切除术切除了该静脉，随后通过后外侧开胸术进行了左上叶切除术。因此，活板门开胸术联合第一肋切除术被证明对于切除侵犯无名静脉远端边界的肺癌是有用的。
