We study indications, advantages, disadvantages and dosage of different antalgic for pelvic pain. Peripheral antalgics are listed in 3 groups in accordance with their properties: purely antalgic, antalgic-antipyretic, antalgic-antipyretic and anti-inflammatory. -Central drugs are listed in accordance with their narcotic properties or not, and the power of their pharmacological action.
我们研究了不同镇痛药治疗盆腔疼痛的适应证、优缺点及剂量。外周镇痛药根据其特性分为3组：单纯镇痛药、镇痛退热药、镇痛退热抗炎药。中枢性药物则根据其是否具有麻醉特性及其药理作用的强度进行分类。
