Two cases of breast carcinoma observed four years after breast biopsy for fibrocystic mastopathy are presented. These two cases have been subjected to microspectrophotometric measurement of cell DNA as an objective test for the evaluation of risk in breast fibrocystic disease. Tissue specimens of the two carcinoma cases showed in some lesions aneuploid DNA, while control groups always showed a typical diploid situation. This technique is suggested when epithelial proliferative pictures in adenose-cystic mastopathy seem to reach serious histopathological levels.
本文报告两例因纤维囊性乳腺病接受乳腺活检四年后发生乳腺癌的病例。对这两例病例进行了细胞DNA的显微分光光度测定，作为评估乳腺纤维囊性疾病风险的客观检测方法。这两例癌组织标本在一些病变中显示非整倍体DNA，而对照组始终显示典型的二倍体情况。当腺囊性乳腺病的上皮增生图像似乎达到严重组织病理学水平时，建议采用该技术。
