Abstract

Effects of vasopressin on SA nodal pacemaker activity and atrial contractility were investigated, using 5 isolated, blood-perfused canine atrium preparations. Vasopressin produced a dose-related positive chronotropic and negative inotropic effect, which was not influenced by treatments with an adequate dose of atropine or an adrenergic beta-blocking agent, alprenolol. From these results, it is concluded that vasopressin has a direct stimulating property on SA nodal pacemaker activity and a direct suppressive property on atrial contractility.

摘要

使用5个离体、血液灌注的犬心房标本,研究了血管加压素对窦房结起搏活动和心房收缩性的影响。血管加压素产生了剂量相关的正性变时作用和负性变力作用,这不受足量阿托品或肾上腺素能β受体阻滞剂阿普洛尔治疗的影响。从这些结果得出结论,血管加压素对窦房结起搏活动具有直接刺激作用,对心房收缩性具有直接抑制作用。
