[Squamus epithelial carcinoma in anal fistula].

Abstract
The case of a patient is reported, who developed a squamous cell cancer in a long standing anal fistula track. The observations seem to prove that irritated epithelium of chronic anal fistulas may be the source of a malignant disease.
