Abstract
A 58-year-old man with acute mitral and aortic endocarditis suffered an acute ascending aortic dissection. The patient had a double valve replacement, combined with replacement of the ascending aorta with a Dacron graft and sealing and closure of the proximal and distal aortic segments with surgical glue. Six months after the operation the patient is doing well with normal function of both valve prostheses and aortic vascular graft.

一名患有急性二尖瓣和主动脉瓣心内膜炎的58岁男性发生了急性升主动脉夹层。该患者接受了双瓣膜置换术，同时用涤纶人工血管置换升主动脉，并用手术胶水封闭升主动脉近端和远端。术后6个月，患者情况良好，两个瓣膜假体和主动脉血管移植物功能正常。
