To investigate clinically the advantage, method and prevention of complication continuous circular capsulorhexis, a surgery consisting of continuous circular capsulorhexis, extracapsular cataract extraction and one-piece PMMA intraocular lens (IOL) implantation was performed on 52 eyes. The control was "canopener" capsulotomy made in 40 eyes. The residual anterior capsule and loop fixation of IOL were observed by dilatation of the pupil and gonioscopy 1 month after the operation.
Postoperatively an anterior capsular opening of 6.5 approximately 7.0 mm in diameter with sharp edge could be seen in 48 eyes and the fixation of both loops in the capsular bag was found in 44 eyes (84.6%) in capsulorhexis group and 21 eyes (52.5%) in "canopener" capsulotomy group. It is demonstrated that continuous circular capsulorhexis could maintain the integrity of the capsular bag and increase the chance of achieving a fixation of IOL in the bag.
为临床研究连续环形撕囊的优势、方法及并发症的预防,对52只眼进行了包括连续环形撕囊、囊外白内障摘除及一体式聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯人工晶状体(IOL)植入的手术。对照组为对40只眼行“开罐式”截囊术。术后1个月通过散瞳和前房角镜观察前囊残留及IOL的袢固定情况。
撕囊组48只眼术后可见直径约6.5至7.0mm、边缘锐利的前囊开口,44只眼(84.6%)的IOL双袢固定于囊袋内;“开罐式”截囊术组21只眼(52.5%)的IOL双袢固定于囊袋内。结果表明,连续环形撕囊可保持囊袋的完整性,并增加IOL在囊袋内固定的机会。
