Antiarrhythmic activity of bonnecor was tried in 15 patients with cardiac arrhythmia. 14 patients had ischemic heart disease, 1 patient suffered from valvular disease. The treatment was assessed by the trends in subjective and objective parameters including ECG monitoring, arterial pressure, hepatic tests. The findings support high efficacy of bonnecor in patients with ventricular and atrial extrasystole, atrial fibrillation.
对15例心律失常患者试用了博内科的抗心律失常活性。14例患者患有缺血性心脏病，1例患有瓣膜病。通过包括心电图监测、动脉压、肝功能检查等主观和客观参数的变化趋势来评估治疗效果。研究结果支持博内科对室性和房性早搏、心房颤动患者具有高效性。
