The level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the blood serum in 28 patients with different degree of skin lesions severity of food sensitive atopic dermatitis (AD), was studied. The level of interleukin-2 in the serum from patients with AD was significantly higher than those of healthy children, especially in patients with severe type of eczematous lesions. These results suggest that the increased IL-2 production in food sensitive atopic dermatitis can be very important factor in pathogenesis of skin lesions.
对28例患有不同程度皮肤损伤严重程度的食物敏感型特应性皮炎(AD)患者的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平进行了研究。AD患者血清中的白细胞介素-2水平显著高于健康儿童,尤其是患有严重湿疹样损伤的患者。这些结果表明,食物敏感型特应性皮炎中IL-2产生的增加可能是皮肤损伤发病机制中的一个非常重要的因素。
