Abstract

A case of a malignant childhood glioma is reported with tumor-progression after surgery and radiotherapy during chemotherapy with cisplatinum, vincristine and CCNU, that responded temporally to oral treatment with VP16 and trofosfamide. A Phase II study with this combination is suggested.

报告了一例儿童恶性胶质瘤病例，该病例在接受顺铂、长春新碱和洛莫司汀化疗期间，术后及放疗后出现肿瘤进展，口服依托泊苷和曲磷胺后肿瘤暂时缓解。建议对该联合用药方案进行II期研究。
