Abstract
Specimens of nasal mucus obtained after stimulaton of the mucosa with water and nasal washings from 20 volunteers were compared for content of IgA. The median concentration of IgA was 70 mg/dl in nasal mucus and 17 mg/dl in nasal washings concentrated 10-fold. The use of nasal mucus should allow for more accurate determination of nasal secretory antibody activity.

对20名志愿者用水刺激鼻粘膜后获得的鼻粘液样本和鼻冲洗液样本进行了IgA含量比较。鼻粘液中IgA的中位浓度为70mg/dl，10倍浓缩后的鼻冲洗液中为17mg/dl。使用鼻粘液应能更准确地测定鼻分泌抗体活性。
