We report a case of renal cortical abscess in a gravid woman. The abscess was documented by US as well as by MRI. The development of a kidney abscess is extremely rare despite the fact that urinary tract infections are quite common during pregnancy. The limitations of the diagnostic work-up during pregnancy are emphasized.
我们报告一例妊娠妇女肾皮质脓肿病例。该脓肿通过超声和磁共振成像（MRI）得以确诊。尽管孕期尿路感染相当常见，但肾脓肿的发生极为罕见。文中强调了孕期诊断检查的局限性。
