Abstract

Inadvertent injury to the biliary tree at surgery and sclerosing cholangitis present particular difficulties to the clinician. Therapeutic ERCP is effective in the management of the immediate and late complications of the bile duct injury. The role of endoscopy in primary sclerosing cholangitis remains to be defined. Endoscopic biliary drainage protocols have yielded favorable results.

手术中意外损伤胆管树以及硬化性胆管炎给临床医生带来了特殊的困难。治疗性内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）在处理胆管损伤的近期和远期并发症方面是有效的。内镜检查在原发性硬化性胆管炎中的作用仍有待明确。内镜下胆管引流方案已取得了良好的效果。
