A new standard immunodiagnosticum made in Russia has been tested as a main method of total screening of population sample (32587 citizens of the Novgorod Region). The resultant tuberculosis detection rate was not inferior to x-ray findings. More than one-third of the diagnosed cases had bronchial tuberculosis hardly detectable by x-rays. A new three-stage scheme of early diagnosis of tuberculosis has been developed.
俄罗斯制造的一种新型标准免疫诊断试剂已作为对人群样本（诺夫哥罗德州32587名公民）进行全面筛查的主要方法进行了测试。结核病的检测率不低于X光检查结果。超过三分之一的确诊病例患有支气管结核，X光几乎检测不到。已经制定了一种新的结核病早期诊断三阶段方案。
