This article reviews the cutaneous manifestations of diabetes mellitus. At least 30% of the patients with diabetes mellitus have some type of cutaneous involvement during the course of their chronic disease. The cutaneous manifestations of diabetes mellitus may be considered categorically as (1) Specific skin diseases with a strong association with diabetic degenerative complications, (2) Non-specific skin signs related to diabetes mellitus, (3) Cutaneous disorders that are more common in diabetes mellitus, (4) Cutaneous infections in diabetes mellitus. On occasion, these cutaneous findings provide early clues to the diagnosis of underlying latent diabetes mellitus therefore, clinicians should be familiar with these skin signs.
本文综述了糖尿病的皮肤表现。至少30%的糖尿病患者在其慢性病病程中会出现某种类型的皮肤受累情况。糖尿病的皮肤表现可分类如下：（1）与糖尿病退行性并发症密切相关的特异性皮肤病；（2）与糖尿病相关的非特异性皮肤体征；（3）在糖尿病患者中更常见的皮肤疾病；（4）糖尿病患者的皮肤感染。有时，这些皮肤表现可为潜在的隐匿性糖尿病的诊断提供早期线索，因此，临床医生应熟悉这些皮肤体征。
