Abstract

A case of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) associated with spontaneous pregnancy is reported with the hope of facilitating earlier recognition of this condition. Although OHSS is usually an iatrogenic complication, it can also occur spontaneously without any evidence of endocrinological disorder. Surgery was performed and induced a very rapid resolution of ovarian hyperstimulation.

本文报告了一例与自然妊娠相关的卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）病例，以期促进对该病症的早期识别。尽管OHSS通常是一种医源性并发症，但也可能在没有任何内分泌紊乱证据的情况下自发发生。患者接受了手术，术后卵巢过度刺激迅速得到缓解。
