Orbital complications of sinusitis were reviewed. Seven cases seen in a 6-year period from 1989 to 1994 were classified following Chandler. The pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis, and treatment of orbital complications, which are rare and steadily decreasing in frequency, are discussed. Because of its possible consequences, this complication should not be overlooked.
对鼻窦炎的眼眶并发症进行了综述。1989年至1994年6年间所见的7例病例按照钱德勒分类法进行了分类。讨论了眼眶并发症的发病机制、分类、诊断和治疗，此类并发症较为罕见且发病率在稳步下降。鉴于其可能产生的后果，不应忽视这一并发症。
