Morphological statics and dynamics of living sensory neurons and their dendrites were studied by means of automatic television image analyser in steppe turtle small intestine. Values of quantitative characteristics (squares of the terminal plaques and neuron body receptor zone, summary square of dendritic elements and specific density of the receptor innervations zone were obtained. Dynamics of terminal receptor plaques mechanical mobility was qualitatively characterized. Significant heterogeneity of local sensory neutrons and their dendrites structural organisation was demonstrated. Polymorphism was suggested to be the expression of sensory neurons functional heterogeneity.
利用自动电视图像分析仪对草原龟小肠中活的感觉神经元及其树突的形态学静态和动态进行了研究。获得了定量特征值(终末斑和神经元体受体区的面积、树突成分的总面积以及受体神经支配区的比密度)。定性地描述了终末受体斑机械活动性的动态变化。证实了局部感觉神经元及其树突结构组织的显著异质性。多态性被认为是感觉神经元功能异质性的表现。
