[An experimental method for selecting the priority indices for water quality monitoring].

The potentialities of an experimental method for elaborating the priority indices of sewage-induced water pollution are considered. The experimental method allows one to overcome difficulties in evaluating the cumulative effects of sewage pollutants. The specific features, algorithm, and an example of practical use of the experimental method for choosing the indices of water quality monitoring are given.
