Oncologic resections of paranasal sinus malignancies result in fairly predictable defects that need to be addressed to provide the most functional and reliable repair. Soft tissue reconstructions supplemented with prosthetic rehabilitations are the mainstay of treatment for the majority of the defects. Free tissue transfers involving soft tissue and bone allow for stable reconstruction of massive defects.
