The necessity of developing efficient treatment for the numerous victims of violence and catastrophes render essential the understanding of the mechanisms of development, maintainance and resorption of the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Consequently, this article presents the most influential behavior and cognitive models followed by a brief critical analysis. The etiological models chosen are those of Mowrer (1960), Foa and al. (1989), Jones and Barlow (1990), Chemtob and al. (1988) and Janoff-Bulman (1985). Finally these models are compared and discussed.
为众多暴力和灾难受害者开发有效治疗方法的必要性使得理解创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的发展、维持和消退机制变得至关重要。因此，本文介绍了最具影响力的行为和认知模型，并进行了简要的批判性分析。所选择的病因模型是莫勒（1960年）、福阿等人（1989年）、琼斯和巴洛（1990年）、切姆托布等人（1988年）以及贾诺夫-布尔曼（1985年）的模型。最后对这些模型进行了比较和讨论。
