Abstract
There have been two major focal points for the development of recombinant viral subunit vaccines. Expression strategies for the candidate antigens have focused increasingly on producing more natural antigenic structures, for example, virus-like particles. Also, new adjuvants have been used in order to increase immunogenicity.
