Rigid internal fixation using mini/microplates has become a frequent application in craniomaxillofacial surgery. To make plate fixation easier and reduce surgical time, the TM HAKEN plate, a kind of microplate, was devised and applied to craniofacial surgery. Advantages and indications of this plate are virtually the same as those of microplates of other types. And it permits positive fixation of artificial bone firmly without causing damage. We believe that the TM HAKEN plate serves as an excellent adjunct in craniofacial surgery.
使用微型/小型接骨板的坚固内固定已在颅颌面外科手术中频繁应用。为了使接骨板固定更容易并缩短手术时间，一种微型接骨板——TM HAKEN接骨板被设计出来并应用于颅面外科手术。该接骨板的优点和适应症与其他类型的微型接骨板几乎相同。并且它能牢固地对人工骨进行可靠固定而不会造成损伤。我们认为TM HAKEN接骨板是颅面外科手术中一种出色的辅助工具。
