This paper discusses an improved technique for determining the general physical working capacity of the test subjects exercising on bicycle ergometer and the algorithm of the testing procedure which will be approximately doubled an accuracy of the calculations with respect to the conventional technique. The developed computer program provides the express-conclusion and recommendations for the subsequent individual control of the physical training of test subject. The proposed integrated approach is best used for evaluating the functional state of the flight personnel in the aviation (military, civil, sport) and space medicine.
