For the first time the author draws valid conclusions about the mechanisms of formation of an injury to the complex of organs of the neck in strangulation asphyxia. Analysis is based on comprehensive investigation of 137 cases of hanging, 30 cases with strangulation with a loop, and 12 with strangulation by hands. Anatomic and topographic correlations of neck structures, peculiarities of external exposure, localization and type of injuries are considered. New data were obtained, which permit a well-based judgement on the level, direction, and multiplicity (sequence) of exposure of the anterior part of the neck.
作者首次就绞窄性窒息时颈部器官复合体损伤的形成机制得出了有效的结论。分析基于对137例缢死、30例套勒绞杀和12例手勒绞杀病例的综合调查。考虑了颈部结构的解剖和地形相关性、外部暴露的特点、损伤的定位和类型。获得了新的数据，这使得能够对颈部前部暴露的水平、方向和多重性（顺序）做出有充分依据的判断。
