Abstract
A new videosurgical approach is described. CO2 directly inflated into the abdominal wound, in front of the musculo-aponevrotic area, creates a large space allowing repair of small abdominal wound defects with excellent plastic results. 7 preliminary cases are reported with a 3-month follow-up.
