Abstract
After demonstrating the principle of antiglobulin reaction, preparation and evaluation of antiglobulin sera as well as the procedure of the antiglobulin test (agT) are described. Possible error sources are indicated and a central preparation of a highquality antiglobulin serum and its examination by government authorities is suggested,
