Reflection is a method of learning and teaching professional maturity through critical analysis of experience. Illuminative research approach is used in collaboration with students on a palliative care course to investigate the effects of reflective learning 1 year after the course. Questionnaire and interview methods were used to collect data. This study concludes that (1) critical thinking is notably augmented, (2) listening and observation skills are enhanced and (3) gaining insight into clinical situations and personal nursing philosophy and approaches are essential for discovery of theories of nursing.
反思是一种通过对经验进行批判性分析来实现学习和教学专业成熟度的方法。在一门姑息治疗课程中,与学生合作采用启发性研究方法,以调查课程结束1年后反思性学习的效果。使用问卷调查和访谈方法收集数据。本研究得出以下结论:(1)批判性思维显著增强;(2)倾听和观察技能得到提高;(3)深入了解临床情况以及个人护理理念和方法对于发现护理理论至关重要。
